Scuba Diving

Scuba diving on South Africa, Cape Town

Learn how to breathe underwater and explore the Cape seas with a PADI diving course. Who best to take a scuba diving course with than our marine biologist, marine coastal guide and PADI-distinctive-specialty instructor. Our instructor and guide has been scuba diving all over the world for the last 24 years. If you are a scuba diver already, let him lead you through the kelp forests to secret spots where you can brush fins with Seven Gill Sharks, investigate shipwrecks and glide though caves...

Snorkeling with Seals

Seal snorkelling in South Africa

Seals can be skittish and sometimes aggressive on land but water is their playground. Take to the water with them and see how curious, playful and graceful they are in the ocean. We take you out to Seal Rock, 40 minutes out of Cape Town. We provide snorkeling gear. It is not uncommon to spot rays in this area too. Viewing them from the boat is also a rewarding experience if Cape Town waters are too chilly for you.

Hiking

For the experienced hiker consider some of our most renowned and beautiful hikes in South Africa.

The Otter Trail winds along the coast of the Tsitsikamma National Parks. Thick indigenous forest and rocky shores, with scattered sandy beaches, is the ultimate high for nature lovers. A challenging 5 day hike with huts to overnight in.

The Fish River Canyon in Namibia is the second biggest canyon in the world after the Grand Canyon. This hike can be done in 5 days but some like to take it slower. The Fish river provides a much needed dip after the hot days walking and at the end of the hike we soak our tired muscles at a hot springs resort.

The Kruger National Park Hike is a 4 day hike through South Africa’s largest Game Park. We are escorted by two armed rangers.

Table Mountain National Park can be hiked in 3 - 5 days. This gives you the opportunity to view the highlights of Cape Town and surrounding suburbs from the mountains of the Table Mountain National Park. On this hike you experience magnificent views of: the peninsula and beaches, Cape Town, Chapmans peak, Hout Bay, Table Mountain, Robben Island and its surrounding forests. This hike is guided, luggage is portaged and luxurious huts provide cooking facilities and showers . . .
